TROAS. Lamponeia. 4th century BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 11 mm, 1.87 g, 12 h). Head of Dionysos to right, wearing wreath of ivy and fruit. Rev. Λ-A-M Facing head of a bull; all within incuse square. CNG E-Auction 189 (2008), 17 (same dies). Naumann E-Auction 78 (2019), 163 (same obverse die). Rare and unusually attractive, a beautiful coin. Good very fine.
